AAK’s auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting in 2024, the audit company KPMG AB was reelected as auditors up to and including the Annual General Meeting in 2025.

KPMG's Jonas Nihlberg, Authorized Public Accountant and Partner since 2015, is appointed as auditor in charge.

All services which are ordered over and above the audit which is required by law, are separately scrutinized in order to ensure that there is no conflict as regards independence or disqualification circumstances. There are no agreements with related parties.
