AAK’s auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. The audit company, PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, was re-elected as auditors up to and including the AGM in 2019. Sofia Götmar-Blomstedt, Authorized Public Accountant, was appointed as auditor in charge.
Sofia Götmar-Blomstedt has been auditor in charge for AAK since May 3, 2013. Sofia Götmar-Blomstedt also has auditing assignments in companies including Coop Sverige, Scandic Hotels Group AB, Beijer Electronics Group AB, Genovis AB and Pågengruppen AB.
All services which are ordered over and above the audit which is required by law, are separately scrutinized in order to ensure that there is no conflict as regards independence or disqualification circumstances. There are no agreements with related parties.
