Interim Communications Specialist with project management skills
We are looking for a Communications Specialist to Corporate Communications for a two months interim contract with possibility to prolong, starting March/April 2017. You will be part of a small, dynamic team responsible for internal and external communications at Group level. You will be reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work closely with many different external and internal stakeholders locally and globally.
Whether project managing our Annual General Meeting with almost 1,000 participants or developing our different websites, you change effortlessly between the helicopter perspective and the details – and you aren’t afraid of either.
...with a hands-on approach to project management and events...
On an ordinary workday you both write and edit texts, prepare presentations, align input from managers and other contributors, and discuss deadlines and practicalities with external and internal stakeholders – and manage it all.
As our new colleague in Corporate Communications you will be instrumental in our internal and external communication. You will have a special focus on Investor Relations and digital communication, but as part of a small team you will also be hands-on involved in a variety of different tasks ranging from larger projects to day-to-day business communication. Whether arranging corporate events or writing press releases, financial reports or intranet articles and/or presentations, you have a natural drive and engagement for complete project management but also pay attention to details.
...and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
You hold a degree in communications or similar social science and you have several years of experience with project management and communications. Experience from a corporate communication function in a listed international company or experience with Investor Relations and corporate events will be an advantage.
You apply both your social skills and your business understanding to navigate smoothly between different stakeholders, including Executive Management, enabling you to focus on ensuring that our communication supports our overall business objectives.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English and you have strong IT skills, including experience with web, branding, design and production of printed publications. Powerpoint is mastered at a high level.
As a person, you thrive in a hectic environment that requires independence and self-confidence. Your strong interpersonal skills make you a proactive ‘can do’ team player that operates with a sense of urgency.
