The Akomix products differ from most other vegetable ice cream fats with their unique, nutritional profile. It means that the amount of saturated fat has been reduced, the content of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids increased. The composition improves the properties of the ice cream, reduced shrinkage and enhances the end products melting resistance.
